Grad Night Tomorrow - Tickets Still Available!

Seniors and Senior Parents, Grad Night tickets are still for sale, at $145 per ticket. If you want to purchase a ticket, please bring your Ticket Purchase Agreement to Grad Night check-in, in the gym, at 10:00 pm Tuesday night.

Wear closed-toe shoes and do NOT bring anything you cannot bring to a regular dance.  You will have to throw out any items not allowed in regular dances.

About 75% of the graduating class has purchased Grad Night Tickets. Senior parents, if your student has not yet purchased one, you may download the Ticket Purchase Agreement at the following link, http://northwoodptsa.org/2013-2014/assets/GN2014TPA.pdf. Please complete the form and return it with your payment to the school office as soon as possible.

We are asking for photos of our Seniors to be shown during Grad Nite 2014. Photos should be from Freshman thru Senior Year and of school events only!!!

How to upload pictures for Grad Nite '14 Slideshow:

1. Log onto www.nhsgradnight.wix.com/uploadphotos (pc, laptop, iPad or any mobile device).
2. Click on any of the four buttons to upload pictures. This will automatically link to SmugMug.
3. From your files, browse which photos you would like to upload to SmugMug.

SENIOR PARENTS! 
Don't miss out on presenting your graduate with a beautiful purple and white lei on Graduation Day, June 24th! The last day to order leis is this Friday, June 6th, by 2:00 PM. Forms were sent out with the Senior Packet, but if you don't have one, have your student submit an envelope marked Graduation Lei to SAC, or mail it to Grad Nite 2014, Northwood High School, 4515 Portola Parkway, Irvine, CA 92620. Include your graduate's name, your name, your email address, your cell number and how many leis you would like to purchase ($20 each). Make checks payable to NHS PTSA. No orders will be taken after June 6th. Direct questions to Celeste Dadgar 949-786-6178. 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Grad Night 2014 Needs YOUR Help! 
Grad Night 2014 activities take place from approximately 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, until approximately 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2014. In order to ensure the success of the event, many volunteers are needed. Volunteers can be parents of any Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior. It is truly beneficial for the underclass parents to work the event in order to see how it runs for future years when your student graduates.

We still need help in the following areas:

• Students Check-In @ NHS: Approx. 9:15 p.m. until 11:30 p.m.
  on Tuesday, June 24, 2014
• Bus Chaperone back to NHS: (Preferably Dads)
  from 4:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on June 25th  -- MOST NEED! 
• 2nd Event Shift @ Venue: 1:00 a.m. to 4:30 a.m.
  on June 25th -- MOST NEED!
